Consulting and Strategy Services
If you are unsatisfied with the consulting services provided by Impact Strategy LLC, a refund may be requested if:

  • The service has not been delivered as agreed or as outlined in the service contract.
  • The service was not provided by the agreed-upon deadline without prior communication and agreement.

Refund requests for consulting services must be made within 30 days of the initial service delivery. Requests received after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Digital Services (Web Design, Branding, etc.)
Refunds for digital services, such as website development, branding, or content creation, are available if:

  • The final deliverables are not in line with the agreed-upon scope, as detailed in the contract or project proposal.
  • The project was abandoned by Impact Strategy LLC without a valid reason or communication.

Refund requests for digital services must be submitted within 45 days of the project’s completion. After this period, any work completed is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.

Subscription-Based Services (Hosting, Maintenance, etc.)
If you purchase a subscription for any of our recurring services, such as hosting, website maintenance, or marketing campaigns, refunds are provided under the following conditions:

  • The service has not been provided as promised, and you have notified us of the issue.
  • If we fail to resolve any technical issues within a reasonable timeframe (as outlined in the service agreement), a refund may be issued for the current billing cycle.

Refund requests for subscription-based services must be made within 30 days from the service start date. No refunds will be issued after the first 30 days of service.

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., eBooks, templates, digital downloads), we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed unless the product is defective.
